The flash function detects the foreign materials attached to the tablet and aluminum printed parts.
・Contaminated foreign matter such as shape, size, and color can be inspected by applying color CCD camera.
・High resolution mode is achieved by applying pixel CCD camera. 0.1square mm foreign material and 25μm hair can be detected.
・CPP film and red color film which prevents ultraviolet light can also be inspected.
